Sanjo Ramen was created from the passion to share the warmth, depth, and artistry of Japanese ramen and cuisine with the local community. Originally developing the concept back in 2020, our chefs have spent years of meticulous planning and development in the kitchen, to come up with a truly unique and accommodating menu that everyone can hopefully have the chance to enjoy!
Why "Sanjo"?
The name "Sanjo (三条)" is inspired from the iconic Sanjo Bridge in Kyoto, a location that has connected people with the culture and history of Japan for centuries. For us, it represents crossing into something new while honoring tradition. Just as the bridge has stood as a meeting place within it's community for generations, we hope Sanjo Ramen will become a gathering spot for family, friends, and Japanese ramen and cuisine lovers in the community!
